It was in 1987 that Tom, Fotini and Dimitra first opened Altos doors in the ‘McGill Ghetto’. Thirty years have gone by and Altos is still here, offering a varied and comforting menu in a cozy and friendly ambiance.
The quality and freshness of the food is what motivates their loyal customers to return weekly since the very beginning; to enjoy a delicious meal among family or friends ‘at almost any time of the day’.

On November 23rd, 2016 a devastating nearby fire destroyed the entire restaurant. Confident and supported by their community the family decided to rebuild their business.
Almost two years later, they re proud to welcome you to their new location, now situated across the street from their previous one!
